I checked my cameras and indentified the sai d unidentified accused persons and t h eir names are: Bheji son of Fakir M o hammad, resident of Mansuran who was armed with stick, Sukhvir Singh a lias Sukha son of Tarlok Singh resi d ent of Mansuran, District Ludhiana, armed with stick, Sunny son of Bi n der Singh resident of Mansuran ar m ed with stick, Fakir Mohammad ar m ed with armed with stick, Lal Singh s on of Kishan Singh resident of Mans u ran armed with stick Buta son of Lal o resident of Mansuran, who entered our house and gave beating to me an d my brother Maninder Singh and father Harbachan Singh and committed murder of my maternal uncle Cham k aur Singh by giving him beating a n d also vandalized our CCTV ca m era installed in our house. I have g ot prepared the video recording o f the Camera and have produced the s ame in Pen derive before your good s elf. All these persons had gathered i n the house of Jagtar Singh son of Karam Singh and they had brought stic k s from the house of Jagtar Singh so n of Karam Singh, Karam Singh son o f Bara Singh and Sukhwinder Kaur w ife of Jagtar Singh. We are having s ome dispute regarding street with a b ove Jagtar Singh son of Karam Sin g h and Karam Singh son of Bara Si n gin and Sukhwinder Kaur wife of Jag t ar Singh and the above persons hav e got committed the murder of my maternal uncle from the above accuse d by giving them support.
