“The petitioner alleg e s that the police is biased against the complaint i n FIR No.39, dated 06.07.2020 registered at Police S t ation Women, Karnal, under Sections 323, 34, 376- D & 506 IPC. No investigation is being conducted in the said FIR nor the accused named therein have b e en arrested till date. Instead, the petitioner is bein g harassed on account of an earlier FIR No.238, d a ted 05.07.2020, registered at Police Station Civil Lin e s, Karnal, under Sections 323, 34, 385 & 452 IPC on t he complaint filed by the main accused in FIR No.39 d ated 06.07.2020. Another FIR No.302, dated 21.08. 2 020 has been registered at Police Station Civil Lin e s, Karnal, under Sections 384, 389 & 506 IPC ag a inst the petitioner with the allegations of extortio n . The allegations of extortion are false. The petitione r was called to District Courts, Karnal on 21.08.2020 b y one Shiv Kumar Gonder and Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, A dvocate to get the dispute between the petitioner a nd Ajay Bhatia settled by way of a compromise. Call detail records of Shiv Kumar Gonder and Sh. San j eev Kumar, Advocate would corroborate this state m ent. Further, according to the police, the husband of t h e petitioner was also arrested at the spot on 21.08.2 0 20 although, CCTV footage of Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal would show that he had come to the police s tation sometime in the evening on the said date as he w as looking for the petitioner.
