Prayer in this petition filed u nder Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case F I R No.52 dated 28.2.2023 (Ann e xure P-1) under Section 365 IPC (late r on challan was presented on 1 5 .6.2023 under Sections 201, 302, 36 5 , 376-D and 120-B IPC), r e gistered at Police Station Sahlawas, Jhajjar.
Learned counsel for the St a te has filed the short reply dated 17.10.2024 by way of affidavit of A mit, Deputy Superintendent, District Jail Jhajjar; as well as custody c ertificate dated 16.10.2024. The sam e are taken on record. Copies thereof are supplied to the counsel o pposite. As per the Custody C ertificate, the petitioner has undergo n e the actual custody of 01 yea r , 06 months and 22 days as undertria l .
