Prayer in this petition filed u n der Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for issuance o f directions to the official resp o ndents to conduct proper and fair investigation in case FIR No. 0017 d a ted 16.02.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered u nder Sections 34, 354-A, 354 - D, 506 and 509 IPC at Police Station W o men, District Hisar and take a ppropriate legal action against the culprit s /accused persons.

Learned counsel for the Sta t e has drawn attention of this Court to t h e averments made in para N o . 6 of the status report dated 21.04.202 3 , already filed by way of a f fidavit of Sh. Ashok Kumar, Deputy S u perintendent of Police (Head q uarters), Hisar, on behalf of responden t s No. 1 to 3, wherein it has bee n averred that two accused, out of which o ne is juvenile/respondents No. 4 and 5 herein were arrested on 12.04.202 3 and produced before the Cou r t of learned Illaqa Magistrate,

whereafter they have been sent to judicial custody. Thus, learned counsel submits th a t in view of averments made i n para No. 6 of the status report, no further d irection is required to be issue d in the present matter.

Furthermore, perusal of the o r der sheets reveals that there is no represe n tation on behalf of the petition e r on 04.08.2023.

It is pertinent to mention here that in the previous order dated 09.02.202 4 , inadvertently, presence of M r. Aditya Pal Singla, AAG, Haryana, h as been wrongly marked on b e half of the petitioner as well. The same i s ordered to be read only qua th e respondent-State.

Today also, the petitioner has gone un-represented.

In view of the submissions m ade by learned counsel for the State as a l so averments made in para N o . 6 of the status report dated 21.04.202 3 , no further direction is requi r ed to be issued in the present case.
