Learned counsel for the LRs of the petitioner submits that the instant revision-petition has become infructuous as the Execution Petition, out of which it had arisen, has already been decided by the concerned Executing Court vide the order dated 29.09.2017 and the same may be disposed of accordingly.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection in disposing of the present revision-petition in view of the abovediscussed submission as made by learned counsel for the LRs of the petitioner.
Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand is, hereby, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
