Vide order dated 03.02.2023 notice was issued to the parties. As per office report, appellant Nos.1 and 2 and respondent No.1 are stated to have died; appellant Nos.3 and 4 were not found residing at the given address; appellant No.5 stands served, however, none has put in appearance on his behalf. Appellant No.6 was not found residing at the given address. Name of respondent No.2 stands deleted from the array of parties vide order dated 06.08.1993.
In view of the fact that none has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of appellant Nos.1 and 2; no fresh address of appellant Nos.3, 4 and 6 is available and appellant No.5 has
