Appellants (plaintiff) are in second appeal before this Court assailing First Appellate Court judgment and decree dated 19.09.1991 vide which judgment and decree dated 24.07.1987 passed by trial Court was set-aside. By way of alternative relief, recovery of Rs.36,000/- with interest @ 12% per annum from 25.08.1973 till its realization with costs was ordered.
