Prayer made in the application is for withdrawal of the main case which stands fixed for 13.12.2023.
It is stated in the application that the respondent had called the petitioner to settle the matter amicably with a condition that the petitioner withdraws the instant petition before hand.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also interested in amicable settlement of the matter and as such he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to revive the same, in case need be.
