Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for respondent No.3 informed that the parties have amicably resolved their issues pursuant to which the settled amount of Rs.80,000/- already stands paid by the petitioner to the respondents. Learned counsel representing respondent No.3 submits that on account of the said compromise, the remaining outstanding dues in respect of over-staying the official accommodation stand waived-off.
The aforesaid position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is
disposed of having been compromised.
