A copy of the same has been furnished to learned counsel opposite. In reply it is has been deposed that the requisite benefits have been released to the petitioner.
Faced with the aforestated position, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
