Today, at the very outset, Ms. Babita, Advocate representing the petitioners, upon instructions from petitioner No.1, who himself is a Law Graduate and is pursuing LLM, has categorically stated that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail of other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to them for redressal of their grievances particularly so as to assail order dated 14.7.2023 (Annexure P-14) passed by Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Rohtak while availing the remedy of filing a revision petition in terms of Section 115 of Punjab Cooperative Societies Act.
