The present pe��on has been filed under Ar�cle 226 of the Cons�tu�on of India for issuance of direc�ons to respondents No. 1 to 4 to protect the life, liberty and property of the pe��oner and for issuance of further direc�ons to respondents No. 1 to 4 to take immediate ac�on and conduct a free, fair, transparent, independent and impar�al inves�ga�on a�er registra�on of FIR into the occurrence dated 08.06.2021.

The present pe��on bears the date 21.12.2021.

Counsel for the pe��oner submits that due to efflux of �me, threat percep�ons for the �me being vanished. However, he seeks liberty to seek protec�on in case need arises and for remaining reliefs, he be permi�ed to file a fresh representa�on and the said representa�on be decided in a �me bound manner.

3(a). Let the pe��oner represent the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police/ Commissioner of Police, within two weeks from today. If the pe��oner files a representa�on with in the above-men�oned �me period of two weeks, then, the same shall be decided by the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police/ Commissioner of Police, within two months, either himself/herself or by authorizing and delega�ng it to any officer holding IPS cadre. It is clarified that such order must be a reasoned order, and the same be communicated to counsel for the pe��oner as well as representa�onists without delay. Counsel for the pe��oner is requested to men�on his email id in the representa�on on which, the State shall convey the outcome of the representa�on.
