At the outset, counsel for the appellant submits that since the applica1on filed by the State i.e. CRM-A-589-MA-2015 has been allowed and the appeal has been admi8ed, he be permi8ed to assist the State in that case and he be added as private respondent No.3 in that case. He further submits that in case, he is added as party in the State appeal, he shall withdraw the present appeal.
In the en1rety of facts and circumstances, prayer made by the appellant is genuine and fall within the parameters of law, as such the same is allowed.
Given above, appellant-Varun Sheokand is permi8ed to assist the State in the appeal filed by the State against convic1on (number arising out of CRM-A-589-MA-2015) and he be arraigned as party in the said appeal.
