Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main Civil Suit bearing No.CJ-2202-2015, case titled ‘M/s Virgo Marketing vs. M/s Polycab Wires Pvt. Ltd etc.’, bearing CNR No.CHCH020050382015, which is the subject matter of the present Civil Revision, has been withdrawn by the petitioner before the trial Court and in this regard he has produced copy of order dated 18.2.2020, passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Chandigarh. The copy of the order is taken on record as Mark ‘A’.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid development, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
