Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner Kuldeep Singh, states that he does not wish to press the present petition on merits and that the petitioner would hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent on or before 07.03.2023 and that he would also clear all arrears of rent upto the date.
