Petition herein, inter alia , is for issuance of a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay all the arrears of salary on regular basis w.e.f. 20.07.1998 as per the orders passed by the respondents dated 23.10.2002 (Annexure P-11) and the order dated 20.09.2001 (Annexure P-9) passed by this Court in CWP No.14663 of 2001 along with interest @ 18% p.a. from the due date till the actual payment.
