Petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance
of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to install the water pipe line under the National Highway 148-B for providing irrigation facility to the agricultural land of the petitioner which is situated on the other side of NH 148-B.
Precisely for the relief in question, the petitioner has also filed a representation dated 13.07.2020 before the Deputy Commissioner, District Mahendergarh, Narnaul on the subject of fixing 8 inches pipe line below National Highway-148B.

Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.
At this stage, without meaning anything on the competence of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take note of representation dated 13.07.2020 filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
