Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of impugned order dated 20.03.2017 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Juvenile Justice Board, Jind in FIR No.318 dated 18.12.2016 registered for offence under Section 365 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 [Sections 363, 366A, 506 of IPC and Section 3 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 were added later on] at Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind (Annexure P- 1).
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy available to him in accordance with law.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
