Petitioner herein, inter alia , seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to appoint him on the post of Sanitary Supervisor from the date of appointment of respondents No.8 and 9 and to grant all consequential benefits.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.
Concededly, the period for which services of the Sanitary Supervisor were required to be engaged qua malaria sessioncommencing from 08.06.2021 to 30.09.2021,is since over. Writ petition is clearly belated, no interference is required.
Writ petition is disposed of with liberty tothe petitioner to take up his cause as and when services of the Sanitary Supervisors are required in
future.
