Grievance of the petitioner herein is that names of some village inhabitants (people below poverty line) have been struck off from the register/record maintained for the purposes of issuing blue ration card denying them benefits of cheap ration. Ration is given by the State to the card holders living below poverty lineat subsidised rates.
