While the instant petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2019 seeking issuance of certain directions for protection of his life and liberty and also of other members of his family, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the petition as he has not caused appearance since the last 3 dates i.e. since 12.1.2021. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
The petition, as such, is dismissed for non-prosecution.
