HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, CAW West, Gurugram, wherein it has been deposed that statement of Ankita was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. on 28.2.2020 before Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurugram, wherein she levelled allegations of sexual harassment, rape, unnatural sex etc. against the petitioner Rohit, his brother Ruhul and other members of his family including Karamveer, Saroj Devi and three unknown persons and consequently FIR No.19 dated 3.3.2020 at Police Station Women West, Gurugram under Sections 323, 365, 376(2)(n), 377 and 506 of Indian Penal Code came to be lodged against the said persons. Learned State counsel has informed that pursuant to lodging of the aforesaid FIR, the petitioner was arrested by the police.
