The present application has been filed for impleading the applicant-Tanu d/o Ved Parkash, r/o Gali No.0-B, Azad Nagar, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana (daughter of deceased petitioner), as party to the present case.
It has been contended that the petitioner, who was mother of the victim, had died. Counsel further contends that the victim is now major and she is happily married. Prayer for impleadment of the applicant to this petition on account of death of her mother is for the reason that the victim does not want to prosecute the present petition.
Issue notice of the application.
