Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to the trial Court to decide the application seeking interim maintenance filed by the petitioner in the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. titled as 'Deepika Mahajan vs Gaurav Gupta' in case MNT No.1361 of 2019, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar, expeditiously and in a time bound manner.
In view of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to decide the above-mentioned case expeditiously and preferably
within three months from today.
