Upon notice, learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 appeared.

Vide order dated 15.12.2020, the parties were directed to appear before the learned llaqa Magistrate/Duty Magistrate for getting their statements recorded with regard to the compromise.
A report dated 06.01.2021 of learned JMIC, Panchkula has been received. As per the report, the parties had appeared before learned JMIC Panchkula and got recorded their statements regarding compromise. Learned Magistrate has stated that she is of the considered view that the compromise between the parties is valid, genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.
Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. FIR No.135 dated 20.06.2019 under Sections 323,452,506,34 IPC (Section 34 IPC deleted and 120-B IPC added later on) registered at P.S Sector 14, Panchkula along with
