of said information a raid was conducted at the nominated place from where Pawan, Mukesh @ Maggu and Pardeep were apprehended. A country made pistol was recovered from Pawan alongwith live cartridges. It is further the case of prosecution that as many as 114 boxes of country made liquor ‘ Malta’ , 30 boxes Episode, 4 boxes of B-7 Sterling Reserve, 3 boxes of Macdowell, 6 boxes of Royal Stag, one polythene bag in which 23 bottles of Royal Stag, one capel sealing machine, one polythene bag in which 28 pages of hologram, 430 pages ‘ Malta’ label, 3 plastic polythene, 71 empty bottles of Episode, one card board box in which 3 boxes of Fevicol, 4 empty boxes of swist orange colour, one card board box in which one tape colour ‘ khaki’ , 64 packet empty quarter of plastic (12800), one cloth bag in which black caps, one cloth bag of empty bottle of plastic, one cloth bag of cardboard boxes, two drums, one can containing chemical, one empty tank of 750 liters, colour white brand Nirmal, two drums of 200 liters each, two blue tubs of plastic, one silver ‘ dekcha’ , one camper and one bolero vehicle bearing registration No.HR-17B-9325 were recovered. It is the case of prosecution that during the course of interrogation of co-accused Pawan, Mukesh @ Maggu and Pardeep, they disclosed that the petitioner had purchased 50 cartons of illicit liquor from them.
