Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas raised herein before the Trial Court during the proceedings of trial including his plea to the effect that the FIR came to be lodged under some mistaken belief and that the misunderstandings have now been resolved.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
