Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since coaccused of the petitioner have approached the Court below for grant of regular bail and they have been granted such concession, the petitioner also intends to approach the Court below, after withdrawing the main petition for regular bail pending in this court.
The application is allowed and the main petition is taken up
today.
