Tapan Kumar, DAG Haryana appearing on behalf of respondent-State submits that in compliance of order dated 27.03.2019 passed by this Court in CWP No.8168 of 2019, a speaking order dated 19.01.2021 has been passed by the Competent Authority whereby legal notice submitted by the petitioners has since been decided.
In view thereof, present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
However, it would be open for the petitioner to seek any other remedy, in accordance with law, if so desired.
