This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to appointment as Sports and School Special Assistant as she is similarly situated to persons appointed vide orders attached as Annexures P5 to P11. It is further submitted that representation dated 15.11.2020 (Annexure P-4) was submitted by the petitioner, but it is not being considered by the authorities.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for a decision on representation dated 15.11.2020 (Annexure P-4), in a time bound manner.
