Learned counsel for the parties have agreed that the petition in question be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Hoshiarpur. Accordingly, the application is accepted. The petition titled 'Deepak Kumar Vs. Manisha' pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Phillaur is ordered to be withdrawn from that Court and transferred to Family Court at Hoshiarpur for disposal in accordance with law.
The parties through their counsel are directed to appear in the transferee Court on 29.5.2019. Copies of orders be sent to the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Phillaur as well as to the Family Court at Hoshiarpur for information and necessary compliance.
