This is an application for placing on record uncertified true
copy of judgment dated 12.4.2013.
Heard.
Allowed subject to all just exceptions.
Main case.
Vide a well reasoned, detailed order dated 24.9.2018, the Executing Court had dismissed the objections filed by the objectors. I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the said order, much less apparent on the face of it, which might have called for exercise of revisional jurisdiction by this Court.
Finding no merit in the revision petition, the same stands dismissed.
