Application has been filed for correction of the zimini order dated 21.01.2019 and for dismissing the appeal having been rendered infructuous. The claim of the land owners is on account of the fact that Civil Appeal Nos. 6348-49 of 2009 was allowed and the acquisition of the land in question was quashed on 16.01.2015. Copy of the order Annexure R-1/1 has been placed on record, which was in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in Radiance Fincap Pvt. Ltd. vs. UOI, 2015 (8) SCC 544 .
Counsel for the appellants submits that the said facts are correct.
Accordingly, keeping in view the above, the application is
allowed.
