Petitioner has sought indulgence of this Court under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing result of Physical Screening Test (Annexure P-2). According to submission of Mr. Goyat, petitioner has qualified running test for the post of male constable within 24 minutes 50 seconds and awarded 10 marks instead of actual taken time i.e. 20 minutes 50 seconds. In such circumstances, earned 14 marks instead of 10 marks. Further a direction was sought to allow the petitioner to see videography recording for overcoming the apprehension expressed in the present writ petition.

This Court on 12.04.2019, had, called upon the State counsel to ascertain whether the videography is available or not.

Mr. Doon, AAG, Haryana on instructions from Mr. Manpreet, LA, HSSC submits that videography is available and writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the authorities for examination of the videography by fixing any date, subject to incurring of any expenses.

In view of the undertaking given by the State Counsel, instead of pondering upon merit and demerit of the matter, I dispose of the writ petition with direction to the Haryana Staff Selection to show videography recording of Physical Screening Test to the petitioner on 01.10.2019 at 11 AM on deposit of any usual expenses, if so required.
