After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh petition on the same cause of action with better particulars including the order by which the petitioner was given the current duty charge of the post of Junior Engineer and the fact that any person similarly situated was promoted as Junior Engineer.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty, as prayed for.
