The allegations against the petitioner are that he fired shots first in the court complex and thereafter even in the court room itself. Learned State counsel has also submitted that as regards those who have been granted bail, they were not apprehended at the spot, whereas the petitioner and another person were so apprehended. Without making any comment on the actual correctness of those allegations, which would be gone into by the trial Court on the basis of evidence led before it, I see no reason to entertain this petition.
