This is an application under Section 151 C.P.C seeking permission for withdrawal of the main petition as the matter stands compromised between the parties
This Court issued notice of the main petition to the respondents, vide order dated 28.11.2018 but as per office report, notices issued to the respondents have not been received back served or otherwise.
After going through the contents of the application, the same is allowed and the main petition is dismissed as withdrawn as the matter stands duly compromised between the parties. The petitioner also gave an affidavit to the effect that the matter stands compromised between the parties.
