After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with prayer that petitioners be allowed time upto 30.11.2019 for vacating and handing over the possession of the demised premises to the respondent-landlord.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if period upto 30.11.2019 as sought by the revision petitioners to vacate the demised premises be allowed.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. To facilitate the revision

petitioners to find alternate accommodation, they are allowed period upto 30.11.2019 to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent-landlord, subject to the following terms:-

(i) The petitioners-tenant will pay/deposit the entire due rent/mesne profits upto 31^st January, 2019 within two weeks.

(ii) They will keep on paying/depositing the advance rent/mesne profits of subsequent months upto 30.11.2019 on or before 10^th day of each month.

(iii) They will file affidavit before the Executing Court within three weeks giving details of entire payment of rent/mesne profits and undertaking to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent on or before 30.11.2019.

In case of default in compliance of any of the above terms, the respondent-landlord will be entitled to execute the order of ejectment forthwith.
