Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter in issue is squarely covered by an order and judgment dated 10.11.2017 (Annexure P-5), rendered by this Court in CWP No. 17240 of 2016 (Anand Kumar V. State of Haryana and others) , therefore, the present petition too is required to be disposed of in the same terms.

Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Additional A.G. Haryana, present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Copies furnished. The factual position, as set out above, is not disputed by the learned State counsel, who rather fairly submits that the matter at hands is, indeed, required to be disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court, referred to above.
That being so, the petition is disposed of, in terms of the decision of this Court in Anand Kumar (supra) .
