The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 to take action and decide representations dated 21.09.2017 (Annexure P-1) and 02.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) as respondent No.2 has not taken any action on the representations / complainants against respondent No.4 and rather has harassed the petitioner through respondent No.3 Constable Sunil Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.1 be directed to look into the representations dated 21.09.2017 (Annexure P-1) and 02.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Two copies of the petition be handed over to her by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. She submits that representations dated 20.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) and 22.11.2017 (Annexure P-3) will be decided within a period of four weeks.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide representations dated 21.09.2017 (Annexure P-1) and 02.11.2017 (Annexure P-2), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
