Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Paramjit Kaur, informs that out of fifteen (15) prosecution witnesses, ten (10) have been examined, four (4) have been given up and only one prosecution witness remains to be examined. Trial is at its fag end.
In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks to withdraw this petition.
