The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the respondents to get FIR No. 402 dated 07.11.2017 registered under Sections 498-A/ 304-B/ 34 IPC at Police Station, Murthal, District Sonepat investigated by some senior officer of IPS Rank from outside District Sonepat or by the State Vigilance Bureau Haryana / CBI to take legal action against the accused persons. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 08.12.2017 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.3 be directed to look into the representation dated dated 08.12.2017 (Annexure P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Mr.P.P. Chahar, learned DAG, Haryana who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that representation dated 08.12.2017 (Annexure P-2) will be decided within a period of four weeks.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide representation dated 08.12.2017 (Annexure P-2), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
