Present petitions have been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.314 dated 20.10.2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.
Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Gurmail Singh submits that petitioners have not joined the investigation as per orders dated 23.05.2018 passed in CRM-M-22047-2018 and 30.05.2018 passed in CRMM-23720-2018.
None has appeared on behalf of petitioners to explain nonjoining of investigation by petitioners.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
