At the time of notice of motion, the matter was placed before the Lok Adalat of this Court. However, Lok Adalat has returned the case on the ground that issue of title cannot be decided.
Private respondents have filed their respective affidavits, which are already on record.
Learned counsel for respondents No.5 to 16 submits that the respondents are not contesting this petition as the matter has already been settled by way of compromise.
The present petition is thus, disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and in view thereof, the Assistant Collector, 2nd Grade shall proceed in to the matter of mutation in view of the compromise.
