Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.97 dated 03.10.2015, registered at Police Station Women Cell, Ludhiana, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the copy of settlement agreement effected between the parties on 08.03.2017, which has been duly signed by both the parties.
