The petitioner has filed this complaint under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing to S.H.O. of Police Station Odhan Sirsa to register a case under Sections 420, 468, 471, 210 and 120-B IPC against Naib Singh, Mangi Jain because without changing roster Naib Singh put up file of CR No.3582 of 2016 from the Court of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Surender Gupta (Annexure-P.1) and has transferred to Court No.28 of Hon'ble Justice Mr. Amit Rawal (Annexure-P.2) for deciding the CR No.3582 of 2016 in his favour and also Naib Singh has connived with his Advocate by giving more money and after filing complaint No.9117 of 2016 dated 22.10.2016 in the Court of Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this High Court, Naib Singh and Mangi Jain played fraud, cheating and forgery with this Hon'ble High Court.

I have heard the petitioner and have gone through the record. It is brought to my notice by the petitioner that the civil

revision petition, which he alleges to have been transferred to another Court and not as per roster etc., is still pending before this Court. There is no finding, at this stage, of this Court that any illegality or irregularity has been committed. Therefore, there is no question of registration of FIR etc. against Naib Singh and Mangi Jain etc. Further more, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the alternative remedies whatever available to him as per law.

Therefore, from the perusal of the record, I do not find any merit in the present petition and no ground is made out for registration of the FIR under Sections 420 IPC etc., hence the same is dismissed.
