This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.420 dated 18.9.2016 registered for the offences under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 23 and 29 of Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 and Section 120-B IPC at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad.

State and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. She has been nominated by the co-accused. As per the allegations, during Police remand on 28.11.2016, the present petitioner-Renu got recovered machine for foetus sex determination test and an amount of `20,000/-.
The petitioner has been in judicial custody since 26.11.2016. The trial of the case will take long time. No useful purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner in custody till the final disposal of the case.
Therefore, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case; without discussing the facts in minute detail and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to her furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
