The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 111 dated 04.04.2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 506 IPC and 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Punhana, District Mewat.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the orders dated 11.05.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation.
Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Dinesh Kumar, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.
In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.05.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
