Learned State counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner for employment being oustee in respect the land required for the purpose of Ranjit Sagar Dam, has been considered. It has been found that he is not entitled to employment in terms of the Policy. A speaking order, Annexure R-4, has been passed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to impugn the speaking order, Annexure R-4, if so advised.
Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
