Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the present appeal is squarely covered by the judgement dated 6.11.2015 passed by this court in RFA No.3787 of 2009 (Gaje Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and another). They jointly pray for disposal of the instant appeal in terms of the order dated 6.11.2015 passed by this court in RFA No.3787 of 2009.
In view of the above common stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, this appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 6.11.2015 passed by this court in RFA No.3787 of 2009 (Gaje Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and another).
